Abstract Aim of this exploration was to find out causes of rising failure of the students' inside the subject of English in Secondary Level. This analyze was descriptive in nature. All the men secondary colleges in area Bannu constituted population of the study. Coming from 50 secondary schools 75 English professors were randomly selected as a sample of the study. A questionnaire to get secondary school-teachers was developed to gather data. To analyze and understand data, simple percentage utilized. Results with the study demonstrated that most of the respondents approved that teacher of English aren't qualified and well trained, educators of The english language do not educate English within a proper way, Audio- Image aids are not used in English class, The course is not compatible to the present time, teachers of linguistics are generally not present in the schools, British is given importance in the annual progress of the students in school. It was advised that Competent and well trained teachers might be appointed for English, educators of English language may use contemporary teaching method instead of classic methods, Audio visual aids may be used just like language lab, gramophone, British course can be made compatible to the present period, Teachers may be encouraged to get linguistics knowledge. The more the people of societies are Educated, a lot more they are civilized and very well disciplined. Secondary Education is considered to be an important sub sector of the entire Education program. If it supplies middle level workers pertaining to the economy on one hand, and on the other, it works as a feeder for the greater level of Education. The caliber of Higher Education is determined by the quality of secondary Education which is expected to generate high quality experts in different fields of Cultural, Economic and Political existence of the nation. Thus Extra level of Education consequently , requires to be structured in such a way that it will prepare young men and women pertaining to the quest for Higher Education, and make them able to adjust with the practical lives meaningfully and productively (Bhatti, 1987).
