Connection style may vary among persons. Common conversation types incorporate assertive, unaggressive, and intense. Assertive people communicate with certainty and speak up for themselves. Aggressive individuals communicate with verbal attacks; communicate their emotions without regard to others, typically in a condescending manner full of superiority shades. Passive individuals communicate away of anxiety about displeasing others; they prevent conflict frequently denying their particular feelings or needs (Hansten, 2009). This kind of paper will probably be discussing 3 case research and a scenario by my own personal experience. In the 1st case study Rashad was unaggressive and Robin the boy wonder was aggressive. Rashad a great aide and Robin a RN joined a crew meeting. Rashad spoke regarding role filtration during the appointment stating that he thought it was part of his role to anticipate some of the needs from the patients. Robin the boy wonder was intense with her tone toward Rashad and disregarded his feelings and undermined his ability to carry out his job. Robin explained that having been only a great aide and should only do what he is informed. Rashad then planned on being passive-aggressive toward Robin in the foreseeable future by not doing his job on his own, and only carrying out the things he was told to do. Robin's condescending manner once speaking to Rashad did not take into account his emotions and your woman spoke using a sense of superiority. Rashad, fearing dropping his job if this individual defended against her strike, was passive and quiet while creating a plan for making her pay for the way she treated him. This type of communication between Robin and Rashad is poisonous and will cause vengefulness and hostility between coworkers. Robin could have been manly and responded the role of REGISTERED NURSE and help and the targets of both parties.
