Hiring women in a high burdened, fast paced environment with lovemaking harassment litigations and punitive damages increasing as a result of the Civil Privileges Bill of 1991 may be the concern of Dorothy J. McCarthy, a restaurant/bar owner plus the author of " Social Fascism. " McCarthy identifies the working romantic relationship between man and female staff in her restaurant/bar normal considering the personality of the people and the ambiance in which they will work. She statements the intimate harassment regulation does not protect the women it absolutely was designed to help, instead producing employers select men over women when ever hiring and that women are getting to be " cina dolls... having a $300, 000 price tag" (McCarthy p. 10).
